Frequently asked questions about our products and policies.
How do we proceed to order?
Make your request with our staff either through phone, email or via the contact form located in the Book Now page. Our staff will check availability and if available, we will ask for the following info:
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Address of delivery and pick-up
- Date and time of delivery and pick-up
- Email address
After the following information is provided a confirmation email is sent.
Where do you deliver event rentals?
We deliver to Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton,Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Bradford, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice.
How long is each rental?
The rental price is for one day. If you need to rent for longer than 1 day please call us or email.
When should I book my order?
It is a first come first served basis. We advise our customers to book 2 weeks in advance; however, the earlier is better.
Do we have to wash the plates/chafing dish?
For the plates you do not have to wash the plates but we do ask you to please remove the remains off the plate.
The chafing dish must be rinsed and be placed in the box that is provided on delivery.
